Hon Segun Olulade was born to the family of Olulade at Ejinrin in the ancient city of Epe town on 20th July 1971. As a child with humble beginning but whose parents greatly valued education, Segun had his early education in Epe, with a memorable childhood associated with water-front life. He proceeded to bag a degree in Economics at the Lagos State University Ojo.

In 1998, October; As young as Olulade was, he was one of the few people who decided to sacrificed their time both day and night to the course of ensuring Asiwaju Bola Tinubu must became the Governor of Lagos State. Olulade wears in him, a look that commands respect, he's always finely, smartly, neatly and elegantly dressed and with that he never cease to amaze me.
Eleniyan knows his onions, he is not a bench warmer in the Lagos State House of Assembly. This gives me a conviction as a person that, as a representative, he is capable and knows what representation is all about and has done well for us his constituents.

Olulade represented us very well all through his 8years in the House of Assembly and you can barely say anything bad about him as he is very accommodating and hardworking.
Olulade has been a good member of the House of Assembly. All of us at home and the House of Assembly had been able to discover him as a very good talent, a team-player, a highly discipline member when counting those that have represented us in the past and we are not disappointed in his ability and performance.
He's a Legislator per excellence, he knows his onion, he knows his targets and he goes straight for it. He's very friendly and a smart guy. He has been impacting positively in the lives of our people back home, he also contributes meaningfully at plenary sessions of the House of Assembly. When you put Segun in any position, he will turn things round positively.
I can say it anywhere, that this Epe Constituency II has not produced a representative in the House of Assembly that is better that Olulade. He is a grass-root man, all thorough and committed to his constituency. He has represented us well and even Lagos State at large.
I know Hon. Olulade to be a very intelligent person, very caring and very friendly. I see him as a giver to the core.
Segun is loving, caring husband and father, he loves to take care of people and he goes out of his way to do that. He is a very jovial and approachable person. I can go on for days describing Segun without exaggeration.
