Actress Moyo Lawal Threatens Legal Action Against Unauthorized Distribution of Leaked Sex Tape

A Nollywood actress, Moyo Lawal, whose sex tape got leaked over the weekend, has threatened to initiate legal action against anyone who shares the video on their social media platform.

Moyo Lawal gave this warning as she broke silence regarding the leaked sex tape that sent shockwaves through the entertainment world.

She took to her Instagram platform to reveal that the controversial video was, in fact, an old recording with her ex-fiancé years ago.

Moyo Lawal, known for her role in hit movies and TV series, addressed the leaked tape head-on, stating that the video had resurfaced from her past and shared without her consent while assuring that legal actions would be taken.

She expressed her dismay at the invasion of her privacy and the malicious intent behind the video’s release.

She wrote: “A private video of mine from a while ago has been inappropriately shared without my consent, violating my privacy and trust. I want to emphasize that this video done with my ex I was to marry then was never intended for public consumption, and its unauthorized distribution is a breach of my boundaries. However, this criminal breach of privacy will be treated with legal action.

“It hits me funny because I have always maintained a strict approach to my sexuality, even going as far as being celibate for a few years, refusing to date often, and choosing to be alone most times. However, I am determined not to let this unfortunate incident break my spirit.

“I appreciate the support and understanding of those who have reached out to me during this challenging time. Please know that your kindness and goodwill mean the world to me.”
