Former Oyo State PMS Chairman Auxiliary Remanded Pending Legal Advice

Former Oyo State Park Management System (PMS) Chairman, Mukaila Lamidi, also known as Auxiliary, has been remanded at the Agodi Correctional Centre in Ibadan.

This comes after the Oyo Police Command declared him wanted for his alleged involvement in a series of armed robbery, kidnapping, and murder cases in the state.

The Iyaganku Chief Magistrate Court in Ibadan ordered Auxiliary’s remand due to lack of jurisdiction and pending legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecution. The case has been adjourned till July 11 for mention.

The Department of State Services arrested Auxiliary at his residence in Olodo, Ibadan, following months of being on the run.

Oyo State Commissioner of Police, CP Hamzat Adebola, assured that Auxiliary would be charged in court.

He expressed gratitude to the public for providing valuable information to help combat crime in the state.
