Lagos State To Arraign Randy Doctor Femi Olaleye Tomorrow

The Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecution, DPP, will on Monday, November 21, arraign a Medical Director at the Optimal Healthcare Company, Femi Olaleye, before a Lagos Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court, sitting in Ikeja.

Olaleye is being dragged before Justice R. A Oshodi, over his alleged rape of a 15-year old girl, who is also his wife’s niece.

According to an actress Kate Henshaw, who happens to be Olaleye’s confidant of many years, the medical director allegedly deflowered the girl, and threatened her not to speak to anyone about the incident.

Kate, noted that she had started working with Dr. Olaleye, after he approached her and asked her to partner his medical foundation to advocate against cancer.

Slamming the doctor on her Instagram page, Kate said the doctor confessed to her about the incident and she warned him he would not get away with it.

Following the actress’ public outcry, the Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Agency, DSVRA, showed interest in the matter and subsequently took over the case for further investigation.

At the conclusion of investigation, DSVRA recommended the Doctor for trial and forwarded the case file to the Department of Public Prosecution, DPP.

The DPP, in a letter by the State Government to the doctor, revealed that his arraignment will be coming up tomorrow, Monday, November, 21, 2022 before Justice R.A Oshodi of the Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court, Roseline Omotosho Court House, Ikeja, Lagos.
